(LEI) is a financial and real estate company that encompasses five distinct divisions: LEI Financial, LEI Financial Services, LEI Commercial, Lyons Realty and LEI Mexico.  The LEI Financial corporate headquarters are situated in San Diego, California, with a satellite office in Tempe, Arizona.

(LEI) Bill Lyons runs overall operations, marketing, finance, mortgage banking, and growth of all divisions. He is an expert in finance and real estate, and has many colleagues in both industries. His savvy business sense, quick wit, and knack for entrepreneurship have helped make LEI triumph. Lyons asserts that its explosive success is credited to the great team of committed, passionate, enthusiastic employees that work with synergy to create the standard of excellence that LEI clients experience. Lyons attributes the experience LEI clients receive to one thing: our loan officers are not salespeople, they are coaches. Most loan officers sell the client something, and move on. At LEI, we are going to ensure that it makes sense to their unique situation and overall strategy for the future. Instead of talking to a loan officer once every four years, at LEI most clients are calling their loan coaches every month for everything from analyzing a real estate investment to refinancing their home. If they can't answer the question, they will simply send it over to another division within LEI, such as LEI Financial Services or Lyons Realty. Lyons's goal is to have a financial and real estate conglomerate that bundles life insurance, real estate, and mortgage, staffed with teams of coaches that lead clients to their individual goals. Before founding LEI, Lyons was formally VP of Operations at a Mortgage Banker. While attending Arizona State University, he was the President of the Entrepreneur Student Program. Prior to the mortgage and real estate business, Lyons worked in the telecommunications business. Lyons is also a graduate of Anthony Robbins Mastery University.
